What this notice covers
This notice describes the Lumenvane Android app identified by the package name org.churchofsoul.lumenvane and the two static pages included with it: the introduction and this privacy route. It does not describe a separate organization system, donation service, social profile, app-store service, or a future host's independent products.

Reader
Who Lumenvane is designed for
Lumenvane is a self-directed visual reflection experience for adults and older teens. It does not verify age, membership, belief, identity, or relationship to Church of Soul, Inc. A person using a shared device should understand that another person with access to that device may be able to open saved Glints.

Boundary
The reflection instrument and its limits
The app presents original prompts about ordinary human themes. It is not a clinical assessment, counseling service, crisis service, doctrinal guide, confession, ministry intake, or statement of the organization's official beliefs or programs. A selected phrase reflects the user's tap, not a professional or spiritual conclusion.

Input
The choices you provide
Inside the app, a person can choose a reflection family, one of four light facets, and one of three response phrases. The app does not offer a free-text field, contact form, voice input, photo upload, location entry, journal, account profile, or questionnaire.

Local state
What a saved Glint contains
Saving is optional. A saved Glint contains four small fields: the reflection-family ID, facet ID, response ID, and save time. These values are written to the app's private preferences area on the device. A Glint does not contain the user's name, prose, contacts, location, photo, audio, or account identifier.

Restraint
Why narrative and sensitive entry stay outside the lens
Reflection can touch personal subjects, so Lumenvane deliberately avoids soliciting stories about health, belief, trauma, relationships, finances, legal matters, identity, or other sensitive circumstances. The three fixed responses are broad enough to use without recording the event behind them. Users should not treat a short response label as a place to encode another person's private information.

Permissions
Device capabilities the app does not request
The release manifest declares no runtime permission for location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, nearby devices, notifications, photos, media, storage, advertising ID, or Internet access. The launcher activity is the only exported app component. If a future build changes that behavior, its notice should be revised before release.

Identity
No Lumenvane account or profile
The app has no registration, sign-in, membership, social graph, user profile, password, email collection, or developer-created identifier. It does not request an advertising identifier. The operating system and app store may process their own device or purchase records independently of this app.

Android path
How the packaged app handles connections
The packaged Android app does not declare Internet permission and contains no feature that sends Glints or interaction choices to a server. Its images and reflection copy are bundled with the app. Opening the separate website is not an in-app feature.

Web path
Technical requests when these pages are published
A web server that publishes these static files will receive ordinary request data needed to return a page, commonly including an IP address, browser headers, requested path, and time. The selected publisher and hosting provider control that server-side processing and its retention. These site files do not contain a form, login, comment area, payment flow, or script that transmits a Glint.

Measurement
Analytics, advertising, and embedded trackers
The supplied Android source contains no analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, social-login, or audience-profiling SDK. The supplied website contains no analytics tag, advertising script, cookie banner, tracking pixel, third-party font, or embedded social content. A future publisher should update this notice before adding any such technology.

Duration
How long saved Glints remain
The app retains a maximum of 32 Glints. When another Glint is saved beyond that limit, the oldest is removed. Otherwise, a Glint remains until the user releases it, clears Afterglow, clears the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app. Any server-log duration for a published website is controlled by its publisher and host, not by these static files.

Control
Release one Glint or reset the full Afterglow
Afterglow provides a Release control for each saved Glint and a confirmed Dissolve all action for the collection. Android's clear-storage and uninstall controls also remove the app's private preferences. The app sets backup off and excludes its preferences from device-transfer rules, so it does not intentionally restore Glints through Android backup.

Edges
Practical security limits and outside links
Saved Glints use Android's private app preferences and ordinary operating-system isolation. Lumenvane does not promise that a compromised, rooted, unlocked, backed-up by another tool, or physically shared device can keep data secret. This website may link to its companion route; any future external link opens a different operator's surface with its own practices.
Revision
When this privacy information changes
This text is effective for the packaged version dated August 26, 2026. A later release should revise the page when app behavior, website technology, hosting, or publisher contact details materially change. Lumenvane has no account or notification channel, so this notice does not promise direct change alerts.
Publisher channel
How to direct a privacy question
A public contact channel controlled by the publisher was not supplied with this local website package. This page therefore does not invent an email address, web form, phone number, or postal contact. Before public release, the publisher should place its verified privacy contact here and keep the rest of the notice aligned with the released build.
